Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Clearning car.
On February 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:45, and proceeded along the two-lane road in the front of the Eth Do in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, according to one lane from the direction of the virtue mountain, and changed the course to the two-lane.
In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly operating the steering direction and brake system and changing the way to safely.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and instead changed the lane into two lanes in the direction, and the victim F (hereinafter 32 years old) who is going in the right side of the G K5 car driven by the victim F (hereinafter 32 years old) who is going in the right side of the vehicle in G K5 car in front of the left side of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, and caused the above K5 passenger car to be pushed ahead of the signal signal light installed on the right side of the front side.
Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim F, such as salt, tensions, etc. on the chills that need to be treated for approximately two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim H (the 65 years old) who was on the part of the damaged passenger vehicle, such as the removal of the head of other heavy water chills that need to be treated for about seven weeks, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as destroying the said K5 vehicle to repair cost of KRW 11,932,589, and providing relief to the victims.
