Reasons
With respect to this case cited in the judgment of the first instance, the reasoning of this court is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where the plaintiff stated or added the judgment as follows with regard to the assertion that the plaintiff emphasizes again in the trial of the court of the first instance. Judgment
