1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the “Real Estate Indication” attached to the Plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The judgment on deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) is that the Defendant received a duplicate of the complaint and did not attend the court on the date of pleading without submitting a written response, and thus, the Defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations in accordance with Article 150
