The defendant committed each of the following crimes under the status that he/she has a weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to his/her illness, etc.:

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

3. Around 01:15 on June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took a bath, without any justifiable reason, in the vicinity of the HE University located in Chungcheongnam-gu HU; and (b) took the victim I (the knife: 18cc., total length: 29.5cc.) with a knife (knife: 18cc., total length: 29.5cc.) which was in possession of the victim when the victim escaped, the Defendant: (a) knifeed the victim as knife; (b) knife the victim as knife; and (c) threatened the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
