1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 8, 2016 to June 13, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. At the end of 2013 mobile fishing game club, the Plaintiff first got the Defendant back to one another after the Plaintiff met.

B. However, on March 2011, the Defendant concealed this fact that the Plaintiff was married to a spouse and did not intend to marry with the Plaintiff, and even before October 2016, the Defendant was going to a travel with the Plaintiff on the premise of marriage.

C. In around 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant discussed the Plaintiff’s parents’ religious opinion, but the Defendant could not be married by selling the Defendant’s house at auction due to the failure of the Plaintiff’s family business.

Accordingly, the plaintiff prepared to marry again from May 2016, and around October 2016, the parent of the defendant was the mother of the defendant.

E. The Plaintiff and the Defendant set the day of the funeral, promised to take a photograph of marriage, and made a new marriage tour in advance.

F. However, around October 2016, the Defendant made a false statement that the Defendant’s parents were dnicking to a traffic accident and did not inform the Plaintiff of his funeral home, etc., and thus, the Plaintiff called to the Defendant’s mother. In that process, the Defendant’s mother informed the Defendant that he had a spouse.

G. Afterward, the defendant discontinued contact with the plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to compensate the Plaintiff for mental suffering suffered by the Plaintiff, since he/she was her husband and wife, as he/she gets married with the Plaintiff on the premise that he/she was married for three years, and had the Plaintiff prepare for a new marriage tour and the marriage ceremony.

Furthermore, concerning the amount of consolation money, the argument in this case, such as the health team, the age of the plaintiff and the defendant, the duration and degree of the teaching system, the defendant's deception and degree, and the defendant's attitude.
