A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 400,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a patient who visited B hospital by tearing the finger hand, and the victim C (ma, 32 years of age) is a doctor to treat the disease.

At around 01:50 on August 14, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chests by having his left arms one time on the ground that the victim was only inspected in the corridor of the emergency room of the B Hospital in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, on the ground that the victim was not driving his fingers.
