A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On April 11, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving on the Erocketing car with approximately 3km alcohol content 0.211% under the influence of alcohol from the 3km section from the day before the Ulsan-gun B Studio in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the day before the D latter part of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, driven the above rocketing car and proceeded two lanes prior to Ulsan-gun C, Ulsan-gun, with two lanes prior to that of the D, which are located at the shooting distance range from the original mountain, at approximately 61-70km each hour according to two lanes.
