Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant connected the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si AM to the Internet Qat site, posted a notice on the bulletin board to the effect that “N culture merchandise coupons are sold at a discount of 80% per annum” and then, reported and contacted the above writing to the victim AO, “on the first hand, I will send money to the victim AO at a discount of 80%.”
The phrase “ makes a false statement.”
However, at the time of fact, the Defendant did not have the above cultural merchandise coupons, and all the money received from the injured party was thought to be used for their own living costs, and thus, even if the injured party receives money from the injured party, the Defendant sent cultural merchandise coupons
there was no intention or ability to act.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 80,00 won from the victim to the AP bank account (AP) in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for the goods.
2. On July 6, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to sell game money by accessing the Internet D Game website at a place where it is not known to the Defendant on July 6, 2018, and then reported and contacted the above writing to the victim AR who first sent money to the victim AR.

However, the defendant thought that all of the money received from the injured party will be used for his own living costs, and send a game machine that has been promised to the injured party.
