Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months in the Busan District Court on September 18, 2006 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of night group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Busan District Court on April 27, 2010, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the same court on April 14, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of three hundred thousand won in the same court on February 14, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of one year and six months in the same court on August 30, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was completed by the Busan District Court on July 26, 2013 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) at the Busan District Court on July 26, 2013.

B was sentenced on April 26, 2013 to two years and three months on February 5, 2015 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (Composition and Activities of Organizations, etc.) at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence in Daegu Prison on February 5, 2015.
1. Defendant A
A. On March 31, 2015, at around 05:40, the Defendant habitually injured, on the part of the first week located in Busan Shipping Daegu H3, Busan, and discovered that the victim B (29 years of age) who was born to a foreign organization to drink alcohol at the former place, while living in the middle of the H3th floor, and was acting to prevent the victim from drinking alcohol, on the ground that the said victim saw himself/herself and did not perform his/her personnel, etc., he/she saw him/herself at one time, and she carried the victim's face at one time while fighted his/her body with the victim, and carried the victim's left shoulder.
As a result, the defendant habitually assaulted the victim, resulting in an injury to the right-hand side of the number of days of treatment.
