1. The defendant

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 3, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the lease deposit amounting to KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000,000 (prepaid payment on July 3, 201), and the lease period from July 3, 2013 to July 3, 2015.

B. The terms of the above lease agreement are as follows:

3. Judgment on the defendant's assertion
