The defendant's 69,31,390 Won and its related 6% per annum from October 21, 2016 to January 20, 2021.

A. On May 21, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to build a ship and deliver it to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant shipbuilding contract”).

B. On May 22, 2016, the Plaintiff received down payment of KRW 40,000,000 under the instant shipbuilding contract from the Defendant.

The Plaintiff built a name C, hull material FRP, and total tonnage of 11 tons under the instant shipbuilding contract (hereinafter “instant vessel”), and delivered the instant vessel to the Defendant on October 3, 2016.

(d)

The defendant completed the registration of ownership on October 21, 2016 with respect to the instant vessel.
