Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 16, 200, the Defendant altered private documents: (a) around April 16, 200, he/she purchased KRW 23,000,000 for each contract date, intermediate payment payment of KRW 23,000,000 for each contract date, and the remainder of KRW 10,000,000 for each payment of KRW 55,000,000 and KRW 30,000,000 for bank loans and KRW 30,000 for the remainder payment of KRW 55,00,000 for each contract on November 30, 2009, respectively; and (b) the remainder of KRW 55,00,00 for each contract date and KRW 30,000 for each bank loans and KRW 30,000 for each other on the above ground when a permanent resident owned by C is paid.
(B) Until the payment of the balance, the bank entered into a sales contract with the terms of the seller's responsibility, and the seller is the seller, and the defendant (F prior name of the name) is the buyer, and two copies of the real estate sales contract signed and sealed by the seller and the buyer were possessed by one of them.
However, even though the Defendant paid a balance to C in accordance with the terms and conditions of the above real estate sales contract, C did not transfer ownership of the instant real estate, and C filed a lawsuit against the Defendant on May 3, 201 demanding the Suwon District Court to implement the procedure for acquiring ownership transfer.
On July 201, 201, the Defendant submitted a written answer to the said civil lawsuit at a place not adjacent to a place where the Defendant signed and sealed the said C in order to win the contract, and “the claim to exercise the contract” on the back of the said real estate sales contract.
