Around March 13, 2015, Defendant I adopted a disciplinary resolution with respect to the Plaintiffs (1) with respect to the disciplinary action against the Plaintiffs, Defendant I-Class meeting held a steering committee for disciplinary action against the Plaintiffs. Defendant I-Class meeting’s president and operating members, AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, etc. attending the above steering committee (hereinafter “instant disciplinary resolution”), and notified the Plaintiffs of the details of the disciplinary resolution as follows, and around the 16th day of the same month.
