1. The defendant shall pay 106,153,480 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 8, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the Defendant, and served as the director of the C Hospital’s department of film and treatment, and retired on December 31, 2018.
B. The Defendant was in arrears with the Plaintiff’s benefits, and did not pay KRW 60,000,000, out of KRW 84,000,000 from December 2, 2017 to April 2018.
C. From May 1, 2018, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to increase the Plaintiff’s salary of KRW 20 million per month. However, the Defendant paid KRW 40 million to the Plaintiff on July 12, 2018, KRW 18,461,630 on August 14, 2018, KRW 18,461,630 on September 14, 2018, KRW 18,461,630 on September 14, 2018, and KRW 18,461,630 on October 15, 2018, and KRW 18,461,630 on January 8, 2019, and did not pay the remainder.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 60,00,000 among the benefits from December 2, 2017 to April 2018, and the unpaid amount of KRW 46,153,480 [=(20,000 x 6 x 18,461,630 x 4)] and the unpaid amount of KRW 46,153,480] from among the interest in arrears prescribed by the Labor Standards Act, as the Plaintiff seeks, i.e., delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case from February 8, 2019 to the day of full payment.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted as reasonable.
