A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, he imported narcotics with the following psychotropic drugs.
1. On December 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sealed the MDMA 2.98gg, sealed the MMA 2.98g in the U.S. and concealed the recipient; (b) sent the recipient’s address to “A; and (c) sent the recipient’s address by international ordinary mail to the Incheon Airport from the Netherlands on December 16, 2016; and (d) sent it to the Incheon Airport from the Netherlands on December 16, 2016.
2. On January 21, 2017, the Defendant transferred 100,000 U.K. to the non-resident under his/her name known through the Internet mobile site on January 13, 2017. After having the non-resident enter MMA 3.52g into a plastic bag, sealed the non-resident in a double package on a plastic vinyl, and then sent it by international registered mail at the same address as the addressee and the same address as the recipient in paragraph 1, after having the non-resident arrive at the Incheon Airport on January 21, 2017.
3. On January 24, 2017, the Defendant transferred 100,000 won to non-persons under the name that he/she became aware of through the Internet mobile site to the non-resident, and then, in order to have him/her enter 3.12g of the ambacin in a plastic bag, put it into the white paper, then put the ambacin in double packaging on the ambacin vinyl, cut the ambac in a paper, cut the ambac in the same address as the recipient as 1 and the international mail sent to the same address as ambacin, and then imported the ambacin after having him/her arrive at the Incheon Airport from the Netherlands on February 3, 2017.
4. On March 8, 2017, the Defendant transferred the name infinite amounting to KRW 88,00 to the name infinite, he/she became aware of through the Internet mobile site on February 17, 2017, and then had the name infinite enter the name in the backbin of a vinyl of 10 MMA , cut the paper into the back, cut the paper, and then sent the paper to the same address as the addressee and the same address as the addressee in paragraph (1). On March 8, 2017, the Defendant sent the paper to the Incheon Airport from the Netherlands.
