Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment on June 12, 2015 by the Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 23, 2015.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler
1. On December 27, 2014, the Defendant received 80,000 won from C at around 11:00 on December 27, 2014, upon receipt of a request from C to request from 1.4g Mesatopian, and received 80,000 won in return.
