Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, it is against the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle of sod vehicle of Chumburt.
