A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B as the representative director of C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) and D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) a corporation, the representative director of D (hereinafter referred to as “State”) developed marketing programs and made a tour of the headquarters and the place of business to hold a project explanation meeting, and the Defendant was in charge of sales, management, sales, and solicitation of D plaques as the head of the E Office of D.C.

1. No person who violates the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without Permission under any Act and subordinate statutes shall make a payment of the total amount of future contributions or an amount in excess thereof to many and unspecified persons without permission therefor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc. without obtaining authorization or permission under the laws and regulations, invested money with 1.2.1 million won for D sales business of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and without restricting the investment limit, the Defendant received 80,000 won per share (50,000 won after July 20, 2015; 70,000 won for one month from August 20, 2015; 2.48 million won from July 20, 2015; 3.6% from July 16, 2015; and 1.6% from August 27, 2017; and 2.6% from August 16, 2017; 3.6% from August 27, 2017; and 1.6% from August 16, 2015; and 3.6% from August 27, 2017.

2. Dec. 3, 2014 to Nov. 29, 2016, Korea-Japan-dong (JK)C head office is established in order to offer multi-level salespersons to many and unspecified persons at Seoul Business Headquarters and nationwide business offices.
