Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 5, 2018, the Plaintiff was requested by the Defendant B to mediate the sale and purchase of the said store, which was the lessee of the 1st underground floor store in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant store”).
B. Defendant C visited the Plaintiff’s office, and the Plaintiff presented the instant store to Defendant C on February 24, 2018 and February 27, 2018, but did not enter into a store sales contract at the time because the amount of premium was not agreed upon.
C. Meanwhile, on March 3, 2018, Defendant C was aware of the intent of Defendant C to purchase the instant store by introducing Defendant C through a ar who had operated an official wall called “E” around March 3, 2018. The Defendants agreed to accept the right to lease of the instant store at KRW 15 million, and Defendant C paid KRW 1.5 million as a provisional contract deposit to Defendant C.
On March 7, 2018, Defendant C entered into a lease agreement to lease the instant store directly with the owner F of the instant store by setting the lease deposit of KRW 15,000,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,500,000, from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020.

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion is a licensed real estate agent, and the Defendants concluded a sales contract for the instant store with the exclusion of the Plaintiff in order to not grant a brokerage fee, even though the Plaintiff had arranged the sales of the instant store and completed the brokerage.
Therefore, the defendants are obligated to pay each of the brokerage commission to the plaintiff 1,485,000 won and damages for delay.
B. In full view of Articles 22, 25, 26, and 32 of the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act, the broker concluded a brokerage contract with the client and verified and explained the object of brokerage.
