1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,654,310 as well as 15% per annum from January 5, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds for judgment: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is modified and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 is applied, the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
