1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,165,00 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 2, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

A. On November 14, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to process and provide originals entrusted by the Defendant and the Plaintiff.

B. The Plaintiff’s non-paid pre-processing costs is equivalent to KRW 43,165,00,000.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,165,000 unpaid processing costs and delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 2, 2019 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the application for modification of the purport of the claim of this case and the cause of the claim of this case.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
