1. Defendant C’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 230,000 per month from February 1, 2016 to November 29, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).
(2) The Plaintiff Company is an internal director of the Defendant Company. Defendant C is a director of the Defendant Company, who resigns from the internal director on November 7, 2016, and completed its registration on November 8, 2016. The Defendant C operated 4 offices in the internal director shop with the trade name of “D”. (2) The Plaintiff Company is operating the fruit sales business, and E is the representative of the Plaintiff’s internal director.

In Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F2, the Company has operated an over-person shop, and E operated an over-person subcontractor, “G” together with the over-person shop.

H and I’s opening business 1) Defendant C and E agreed on the acceptance of Defendant C of the instant over-the-job and Lestop’s fruit, around March 2015. 2) The instant over-the-job and Lestop’s wave operated until April 17, 2015.
3) Defendant C completed the liquor retail business registration on April 24, 2015 with the trade name of 200 meters away from the instant overwork site and Lestop, Gangnam-gu Seoul J and 1st floor, and opened an over-person shop. Defendant C completed the said double-person shop business registration on April 15, 2015 with the trade name of “I,” and completed the sales report of alcoholic beverages for which alcoholic beverages are allowed to be sold to customers within the place of business.
5) On April 20, 2015, Defendant C opened Lestop in the name of “I” on H 2’s H, and began to conduct the business of Jinstop and Lestop from that time. (c) Defendant C and E agreed that E will work for H Jins to its workplace and I.
E began to work as a general manager of H and I from April 20, 2015.
2) On May 1, 2015, E entered into a labor contract with the Defendant Company to work as a director of the Defendant Company from April 20, 2015 to March 31, 2016. D. Preparation 1 of the instant sales contract) E is between Defendant C and Defendant C on September 18, 2015.
