At around 00:30 on June 11, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle within about 2 km from the construction before the construction in the vicinity of Suwon-dong in Busan, Suwon-dong, Busan, to the front road of the 2km-dong community service center in the same city, Busan, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.10%.
