A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 51 years of age), and the victim C (n, 13 years of age) are those known in the "E" of the free meal service center located in Da in the original city of nuclear power.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent acts by taking advantage of the victim B’s mental disability that he was unable to resist or has difficulty in resisting.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (quasi-similar act to the disabled), has committed an indecent act in B as described in paragraph (1) and collected the Defendant’s fingers on the victim C’s sexual organ that he had committed under B after having committed an indecent act in B as described above;

The defendant committed similarity with the victim C by using the victim C's mental disability to resist or to resist.
