Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on January 4, 2020, the Defendant is required to leave the Defendant’s female-friendly district located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government upon request from D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station C District District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, and was dispatched to the site, to leave the Defendant’s female-friendly district.
