A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-L car.

1. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking and driving without a license) driving a B LV car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.167% while under the influence of alcohol level of about 20 meters, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the Dobong-gu Bow, in the front of the 117-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, to D, the front of which is about 117 meters.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) driven the front of the road above D for the same time as the above 1.m., and driven the car above D’s car, and (b) driven the road above D’s car at a speed of about 10 km per hour from the surface of the city-based apartment on the world where the large forest is biased to the front of the road.

Since there was a large number of vehicles parked on the road side, in such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the steering side and the steering gear by accurately manipulating the steering side and the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the brakes under the influence of alcohol and received the victim Non-Mable Social Services Korea owned by the victim's non-Mable Social Services Korea, and received the victim's left-hand part of the EW in the front right-hand part of the said three vehicles, which were parked there.

After the Defendant’s negligence in the course of performing the above duties, the Defendant damaged the car to the extent of KRW 19,443,578 of the repair cost, such as the replacement of the pipe on the left-hand side.

3. On the same day, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at around 01:52 on the same day, and at the same place as the above 1. paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant informed the Defendant’s resident registration number of H, who was requested by the police officer of the Incheon Western Police Station F police station, to verify his identity due to an accident of drinking, to the said patrol officer.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
