A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B and D shall be sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment, Defendant C and E shall be subject to a fine of 7,00,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who is the actual operator of H (5.99 tons, Young-gun Livestock Port Loading, Coastal Fishing Vessels) and Defendant B is the captain of the above H, Defendant C, D, and E are the crew of the above H, and Defendant F is the owner of the above fishing vessel.
1. No person who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall capture females prohibited from capture for the protection and propagation of fishery resources, or females less than 9cm in body, and no one shall possess and sell the fishery resources captured in violation of such provisions for the public keeping and sale thereof;
Nevertheless, the defendant A, B, C, D, and E captured female female studs and body lengths less than 9cc, and attempted to distribute them at a certain rate and distribute the profits at a certain rate.
A. Defendant A, B, C, D, and E’s joint crimes committed on February 19, 2016, Defendant B, C, D, and E entered the Republic of Korea after having captured approximately 12-13 E-mail with a view to getting on board the ship to the above H on the sea of 12-13 E-mail if they were sent to the same Gu, around 14:12:0 on February 19, 2016.
