1. The Defendant’s KRW 11,340,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 10, 2013 to March 11, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The former North Korea Development Corporation awarded a contract for construction of the public rental apartment of the Jeonju innovation city with the Geum Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “gold Industry”), and the gold industry subcontracted the construction of gold 15 block (hereinafter “the construction site of this case”) among the above construction works to C (hereinafter “C”).
B. C entered into a “contract for Transport of Earth and Stone” with the content that the Plaintiff wishes to transport earth and sand and to transport soil and sand for transporting earth and sand at the construction site of this case, and the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 6,000 per 25 tons truck to C at the time of removal of earth and sand.
C. From April 27, 2013 to May 3, 2013, the Plaintiff brought part of the earth and sand collected at the construction site of this case into the land D, E, and F owned by the Defendant, and buried and arranged earth and sand.

2. Upon receiving a request from G, who is the executive director of C and the general manager at the construction site of this case, to reclaim earth and sand on the land of this case owned by the Defendant, the Plaintiff alleged that the price for soil and sand transportation to G is KRW 35,000 per 15 tons of truck, but the cost of using heavy equipment, such as digging machines, etc. for land rearrangement, is stated separately.
Since then, the plaintiff explained the above contents to the defendant and the defendant, and the defendant is required to pay them as they are.

5. up to March 1, 200: (a) carried 746 earth and sand on the instant land owned by the Defendant with 15 tons truck; and (b) carried out drillings for 77 hours, 3 days, and 150,000 won per day and 400,000 won per day (only fuel charges), based on 8,000 won per day and 8,000 won per day.
