A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In around 207, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C (V, 48 years of age)’s frequent access to the Esing room operated by the Victim C (V) in Thai City D, and had been able to find out that the victim had another male, while she had been engaged in any act of noting the victim due to the arrival of the victim even after he she had been in contact with the victim for about one month, the Defendant thought that the victim had been living with another male, and even though she had requested the victim to adjust the relationship, the Defendant did not want to find it in the said singing room on the ground that she refused.
