1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 23,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 9, 2016 to November 30, 2017.

Basic Facts

On March 2, 2016, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant C, leased KRW 502 of the multi-family house with the fourth floor D’s fourth floor (hereinafter “instant house”) owned by Defendant B from Defendant C (hereinafter “instant house”) as the lease deposit amount of KRW 40,00,000, term of lease from March 25, 2016 to March 24, 2018 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and around that time, paid the said lease deposit to Defendant B.

On February 22, 2016, Defendant C concluded a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Association of Licensed Real Estate Agents (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) to guarantee the Defendant Association’s property liability for damages incurred to the parties to a transaction in connection with Defendant C’s intermediary conduct by setting the deductible amount of KRW 100,00,000, and the period of mutual aid from February 22, 2016 to February 21, 2017, as a licensed real estate agent conducting real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).

Before entering into the instant lease agreement, each right to collateral security was established in the name of the Tong Young Livestock Cooperative, which is the maximum debt amount of KRW 299,00,000 and KRW 72,00,000, prior to the conclusion of the instant lease agreement.

On the other hand, the lease relationship is as shown below, and the very serious writing portion is the lessee, and the total amount of the lease deposit is 617,000,000 won.
