Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed plastic slots on the street side in front of the access road in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) on the ground that external vehicles enter the land owned by the Defendant and thrown garbage, etc.; and (c) obstructed the traffic of ordinary vehicles on the land that they pass.
