1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 24,519,299 and KRW 24,439,219 among them, Defendant A Co., Ltd., from January 13, 2014 to KRW 219.

1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Grounds;

(a) A: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act) against A;

B. As stated in the separate sheet of claim and the changed cause of claim as to Defendant B’s claim, the deceased C bears the obligation against the Plaintiff, but following C’s death, the above Defendant B inherited his/her obligation, and upon his/her application for approval of the inheritance limit on January 24, 2014 by applying for approval of the repair limit on the grounds that it was filed on January 24, 2014. As such, Defendant B is liable for the repayment of the obligation inherited from the deceased C within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased C.
