1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the part cited in Article 2(2) of the same Act.
2. The height of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows. From 10 to 7 lines from 12 lines in the judgment of the court of first instance as to the 9th 12 line “(A). In a case where the registration of transfer of ownership from the beginning of the judgment of the court of first instance meets the substantive valid requirements after the registration becomes null and void, or where the registration becomes null and void after its initial validity is registered, the utility of the invalidation registration is allowed only when a third party with an interest in the registration did not take place before the agreement to use the registration is reached (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2006Da72802, Feb. 26, 2009). The Plaintiffs continued to pay the purchase price of each of the instant land to the court of first instance with the purchase and sale agreement of this case, and the Plaintiffs continued to have paid the purchase price of the instant land at the time of civil procedure, not by the determination of occupancy and sale agreement of the court of first instance.
