1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2014, at around 18:15, the defendant has been suffering from a dispute for the reason that the victim B(73 years of age) was fested within the front line of Busan Urban Railroad 1st, 2014.

Victim assaulted the victim's face by drinking his/her left shoulder on his/her hand, such as making the victim's face one time.
