A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant illegally used air defense, who was a defendant on November 2015, was accompanied by the Defendant in the “C” located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu on the date of November 2015

While selling VL125 Oral Ba, the Defendant newly purchased the “D” number plate of the above Oral Ba with a view to removing the “D” from it, and illegally used the above two-wheeled automobile number plate, which is air hosa, by attaching it to Lone Star 125 Oral Ba.

2. From the same date to March 5, 2016 from the date of paragraph (1) 1, the Defendant held the air defense that was illegally used by the Defendant, which was attached with the above “D” number plate, which was an air unit in the middle-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Jung-gu, and the Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, exercised the air unit that was illegally used by the Defendant by directly operating the Defendant 125 Oroba.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on March 5, 2016, operated the two-wheeled automobile number plates, as shown in paragraph (1) around 09:30 on March 5, 2016, up to 80 to the front of the 125 U.S.-ro, Seoul Gwangjin-gu, in the Defendant’s house located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, where the above number plates were attached, even though half of the two-wheeled automobile number plates were corrosioned, and the registration number plates cannot be identified.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Execution (the following sentencing grounds)
