Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven an Otoba in front of C in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, brought the victim's lap to out of the car by putting the breath of the victim's lap, who was seated by the victim following the car driven by the victim D on the ground that the victim D got light. In a dispute, while doing so, the victim's breath and flap were flaped, and flaped up on the floor, the Defendant sustained the victim's injury, such as a breath, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
