Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of selling cut food, etc. with the trade name of D in Daegu North-gu C.

The defendant registered business under the name of wife E, and sold food, etc. in the above D, without reporting it to the competent authorities, and had the mind to directly create and sell food, etc.
