A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2015, the Defendant served as a management director of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) that is a damaged company on the second floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “E”) from around May 2015, and was in charge of the overall management of the official photographed by the owner of the construction contract and the Defendant.

The Defendant, around August 31, 2015, did not supply construction materials to E from the private business chain F, in which the Defendant separately manages, but the Defendant was under way, even though there was no supply of construction materials from the private business chain F.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as if he were to supply E materials from the F’s operation F using the false tax invoice as above, was false, and the Defendant was transferred KRW 249,000,000 in total from the victimized Company six times through the said H.
