A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendant suffered, respectively, injury to the victim J (77) who was on the part of H’s occupational negligence, such as catum salt in need of approximately three weeks of treatment, and catum salt in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim K (71 years of age).
