A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant became aware that five persons, including the victim B (16 years of age), the victim C (16 years of age), and the victim D (16 years of age), had been aware that they met their women-friendly job placement E, the Defendant became aware of the fact that the five persons, including the victims, were the Defendant’s residence in the F apartment G of the East Sea.
