On May 2, 2015, at around 01:50, the Defendant driven Bone Star vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.105% from the front side of the 100-Saun-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 100 Paun apartment apartment 106 to the 2nd underground parking lot of the above apartment house.
