A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.10% on blood alcohol level at around 04:40%, driven a B rocketing car at approximately 5km from the front of the bed hospital located in the Southern-gu Busan Sinsan-dong to the front of the road located in the same Gu Seogdong-dong to the road located in the same Gu Seogdong-dong.
