Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim D(35 years of age) who is an employee of the above hospital in the emergency room of the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan-gu, on the ground that the victim D(35 years of age), who is an employee of the above hospital, appears to have seen the above hospital first received and provided medical treatment.
