A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) operated the said SL125 motor bicycle in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from the time on March 1, 1017, by arbitrarily attaching the registration number plate of the motor vehicle for BiM motor bicycle’s bicycle owned by the Defendant, on a DNA purchase at the Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, which was made by the Defendant of the violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act at the center of Doo-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and at the same time attaching the registration number plate of the motor vehicle for BiM motor bicycle’s bicycle.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant used the car registration number plate, which is the air, unlawfully, and exercised the car registration number plate which is used unlawfully.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not subscribed to mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around March 1, 2017, around 10:25, the Defendant operated a bicycle without reporting SL125 motor device as stated in paragraph (1) from 51 to 375, Jongno-do, Jongno-do, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the above road.

3. On March 1, 2017, at around 10:25, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) operated a bicycle with the unreported SL125 motor device as stated in paragraph (1) from around 51, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-ro, 73-gil to the right side of Jongno-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, 375, at the section of about 1km to the right side of Young-do.
