Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2014, the Defendant did not, without justifiable grounds, enlist in the army training center located in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dadong 105 on December 29, 2014, on the ground that the enlistment was contrary to the religious doctrine of “nickhovah’s Witness” in which he believed, even though he received a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Daejeon regional military manpower office, to enlistment in the army training center located in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, 105 on December 29, 2014.
