A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On August 4, 2014, from around 18:00 to 20:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) at a specialized driving school located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant provided driving training to the victim D (the age 22) for a vehicle for road driving practice, which is a vehicle for road driving practice; and (b) divided the victim’s right bucks into hand while driving training; (c) the Defendant: (d) from around 18:00 on August 5, 2014 to around 20:00 on the same day, the victim’s bucks of the victim who provided driving training to the victim by the same method in the vicinity of a specialized driving school; and (d) carried out driving training with the victim’s right her hand by driving.

2. The Defendant against the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall have from around 14:0 on the same day to the same day.
