1. Basic facts

A. On March 9, 2011, the Defendant concluded a contract with the Plaintiff for commission of insurance solicitors (hereinafter “instant contract”) and act as an insurance solicitor.

On September 25, 2012, the Plaintiff terminated the instant contract with the Plaintiff.

B. The main contents of the Plaintiff’s payment, redemption, etc. regarding the instant contract are as follows.

Article 6 (Insurance Solicitation Fees) (1) A company (referring to the plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall pay the fees of the designer within the fixed date in accordance with the "standard for the payment of fees" set by the company.
