1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Attached drawings (1), (2), (3), (4), and (1) of the real estate listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. From November 1, 2009, the Plaintiff has leased part of the E UniversityF business incubator to the Defendant (including a modified and extended contract) as follows. Lease deposit is KRW 7,519,00. D.

Since October 5, 2016, from December 12, 2018 to December 12, 2018, the Plaintiff revealed that the instant lease contract was not renewed to the Defendant more than ten times, and notified the termination of the instant lease on the ground that the period of termination expires.

E. Notwithstanding the above notification, the Defendant continued to pay the Plaintiff the difference until August 31, 2018 (deposit in the account).

(However, the Defendant delivered L L to the Plaintiff on March 10, 2017, and thereafter, paid only KRW 1,220,934, which is the amount equivalent to C and D, from September 1, 2018.

F. As of February 28, 2019, the amount obtained by deducting the Defendant’s overdue rent (from September 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019) for C and D from the above lease deposit (7,519,000 won) from the Defendant’s overdue rent (from September 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019) shall be as of February 193
