Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On August 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of 0.171% alcohol during blood transfusions on August 23, 2016, and led to four-lanes of the four-lane road in the front of the Maart-ro Eup in the Sinsan City, In the front of the Maart-si, the Defendant proceeded from the Maart-do, to the bottom of the underground roadway.

2. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.171% among blood, driven a BS-type car at the 3km section from the front of the mutual influence road located in the BS-type Si in the Boan City to the front of the 3km Eup/Myeon located in the Sinsan City as indicated in paragraph (1) from the front of the 0.171% alcohol level.
