Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2019, from around 13:02 to 20:05, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with 2,60,000 won in total, and 50,000 won in cash, 50,000 won in sight of the victim C’s possession in the victim C’s house and in the room; and (b) with 1 smartphone.

2. On July 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:38, the Defendant: (b) was in front of a public building managed by the victim E in the address indicated in paragraph (1) and (c) on July 2, 2019; (b) opened a locked entrance; and (c) intruded into a building; and (d) stolen the building with at least one million won at the market price of the victim E-owned.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
